Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Can Be Handled by Mail or In Store 

 

At Casa Dynasty, our goal is to ensure that you are always happy and satisfied with your purchases in any of our departments. However, we understand you may occasionally receive a product that does not match your expectations. 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, without any indications of usage, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Return Policy  

We have a 10-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return by e-mail. Once you have received an email confirming the acceptance of the return you have an additional 3 days to send or bring back the item to us.  

 

To start a return by mail, you can contact us at info@casadynasty.ca with a photo of the item you are returning and a photo of the original receipt. Please include your order number, full name and telephone number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

To make a return in store visit us during our opening hours, bring the item purchased online, the original invoice and have the card that was used for the purchase. 

 

To mail a return to us, our return address is the same as our store address;

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs made on original purchase are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items. 
 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Depending on the item concerned, we will offer a refund, credit note or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale and clearance items or gift cards. Furthermore, certain types of items cannot be returned, for example: custom products such as special orders made specifically for you or personalized items, personal care goods such as earrings, any kind of undergarments, sleepwear, beauty products, creams, perfumes, candles, bedding, towels, and kitchen appliance items. You can always contact us for any return question at info@casadynasty.ca 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, Casa Dynasty will issue a credit to the method of payment used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 2 weeks time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.
